War Horse

Legendary director Steven Spielberg has returned again with new classic movie.

War Horse is a film directed by Steven Spielberg and it is suitable for release in the U.S on 28 December 2011 and in the United Kingdom on 13 January 2012.

The movie is dependent on War Horse, a children's novel set during World War I, by Michael Morpurgo, first published in the British Isles in 1982, additionally, the 2007 stage adaptation of the same name.

The cast includes David Thewlis, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jeremy Irvine, Emily Watson, Tom Hiddleston and Peter Mullan. The film is that is caused by Spielberg and Kathleen Kennedy and executive made by Frank Marshall and Revel Guest. Long term Spielberg collaborators Janusz Kaminski, Michael Kahn and John Williams have all worked tirelessly on the film.
Follows a fresh person called Albert brilliant horse, Joey, and how their bond is broken when Joey is sold on the cavalry and deliver to the trenches of World War One. Despite being too young to enlist, Albert heads to France of saving his friend.

Michael Morpurgo wrote the 1982 children's novel War Horse after meeting World War I veterans in the Devon village of Iddesleigh where he lived. One had been with all the Devon Yeomanry, and was linked to horses; another veteran in his village, Captain Budgett, was with the cavalry and told Morpurgo how he confided all his hopes and fears to his horse. Both told him on the horrific conditions and dying, human and animal, through the Great War. Another man remembered the army arriving in the village to acquire horses for the war effort: horses were chosen for cavalry, and as draught animals, pulling guns, ambulances and various other vehicles.

Morpurgo researched the object further and found that 1 million horses died to the British side; he extrapolated a comprehensive figure of Ten million horse deaths on every side. Employing horses on that scale would be a new experience for Spielberg, who commented: "The horses were an extraordinary experience to me, because several people in our grandkids ride. I got really surprised how expressive horses are and ways in which much they will show what theyƂ’re feeling.
